Terms of Service

X-ūmé generates a behavioral résumé of an X account from publicly accessible (or otherwise authorized) account activity, retrieved through the X API. It describes how an account uses X — posting, replying, reposting and timing patterns — over a stated period of time.

X-ūmé is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

A Résumé reflects the public data available at the time it was generated. Coverage may be incomplete: the X API can have gaps, deleted or protected posts are not available, and history before an account's observable window cannot be described. Each Résumé states its actual observation window and provenance.

We distinguish between factual account activity (what was observed) and interpretive analysis (patterns we derive from it). Interpretations describe account behavior, not the personality, intentions or identity of the person behind the account. They may be wrong, and they are not professional, psychological or employment advice.

The initial paid product is a 90-day X Résumé for $2.99. When you purchase, your card is authorized first and captured only after your Résumé is successfully generated and delivered. If we cannot generate and deliver your Résumé, you are not charged: any captured payment is refunded in full, and any uncaptured authorization is released.

Some accounts cannot be measured — for example accounts that are too new, protected, missing, or without observable activity. In those cases the purchase is refused or refunded before or without capture, as described in our Refund Policy.

Access to a purchased Résumé is tied to your X-ūmé account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping or bulk extraction, no attempting to bypass access controls or purchasing limits, no misrepresenting your identity, and no use of Résumés to harass, defame or discriminate against any person. We may suspend access for abuse.

The X-ūmé service, design, and generated report structure are the property of 213 TV LLC. Underlying X content remains subject to X's terms and its authors' rights. Purchasing a Résumé gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view it; it does not transfer ownership.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we depend on third-party platforms (including the X API) whose availability and data quality are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow them, and they do not exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
